The Onteora Runners Club Bernie Stahl Night of Miles is on the track at the newly renovated Dietz Memorial Stadium in uptown Kingston, NY. The mile heats are grouped based on your predicted finish time and run from fastest to slowest. This format ensures that everyone is in a competitive race based on their ability and eliminates getting lapped.

Heat assignments will be finalized at 6:15 pm.

• The day of registration begins at 5:30 pm.

• Fulton Automatic Timing will be used, and everyone will receive an accurate time with each lap split.

• Please fill in your predicted finish time/seed time during the registration process.​ Heats will be finalized at 6:15 pm.

Awards are for the top overall men and women and the top three in each age group, starting with those under 13, 14-19, and then ten-year age groups from 20-29 up to 80+.​ Typically, we have had 6-7 heats. The first heat (fastest) will start at approximately 6:30 p.m. We will have short dash races on the infield turf for the youngest children at 6:20 p.m. We have a nuclear family team division of 3 members that must include at least one child and one parent.

• Online entry fees are $15 for adults and $5 for youth ages 18 and under.

• Day-of-entry fees will be $20 for adults and $5 for youth ages 18 and under.

The children's dashes are free. There will be light refreshments.
